Dear All,
You must have received following mail from FPSB,
Greetings from FPSB India!
NSE Academy Limited has informed us that they are revising systems for enrollment of FPSB India examinations on the NCFM platform, which is used for receiving exam fees for the CFP exams and booking a slot for the exam. The NCFM system will not display FPSB India modules and thus would not allow to pay fees for the future enrollments (April 2018 onwards) up to March 31, 2018.
Owing to the above, candidates who wish to enroll for CFP exams will be able to pay and book the exam from April 1, 2018 only.
It may be noted that until further notice the Assessment Year will continue to be AY2017-18 for Tax Planning & Estate Planning (TPEP) and Exam 5.
There has been lot of panic all around about this but according to me keep cool there is nothing to worry.
- If your registration is expiring during this month don’t worry FPSB might extend you renewal upto April end. (Pls confirm with FPSB)
- Assessment year might change from 1st May so all of us will get one more month for current assessment year i.e. 2017-18
Lets cooperate FPSB and prepare well for the examination as we have got some more time!
Regards,
Prashant.
